Tomás partió haciendo windsurf en los Aromos de limache, su profesor de windsurf fue Cristian Bull y además su Padre y principal Auspiciador José Luis Baeza…

Tomás estudia en el Colegio San Francisco de Asís, de Santiago y está en básica.

Hoy día, Tomás se perfila como uno de los mas jóvenes riders en nuestro país, y con una importante cantidad y calidad de navegación, normalmente navega en Pichidangui , Puerto Aldea y mayoritariamente en Puclaro. Ha competido 2 veces en slalom y le ha ido Excelente. Está ya intentando hacer trucos como el heli tac , tack jibe y este año con sus recién cumplidos 14 años ya partirá en el nuevo mundo brígido de la Navegación en Olas..

Sus logros con 13 años han sido:

Año 2011: 2 lugar en el Campeonato de Puclaro.

Año 2011: 1 lugar en el Campeonato Santo Puclaro.
